The Grand Bali Nusa Dua

Really good room, so much safe and a massive bed. Never thought a bed could maybe be too big for one person! Great having fridge in room and air con excellent. Loved the direct pool access, enjoyed a quick dip every day before breakfast! Did feel that the bathroom was slightly unclean as the tap looked and felt dirty and the bathroom doors don’t look to have been cleaned in a long time but otherwise seemed clean. Pools were excellent, lovely temperature and the bar was great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Unique property that was an awesome wedding venue. And the view is to die for!

I was greeted with a welcome drink and friendly staff, who gave me a room upgrade and helped me with my luggage to my beautiful room. Also, the free breakfast is fresh and fantastic!!! The private beach and surf lessons available there were great (visited in late Feb for surf conditions). Also, my GoPro battery was damaged on the plane and the staff was kind enough to not only find a replacement online (not easy to find in the area), but fronted the cash for the order till I was able to return to the hotel for pick up. Fantastic accommodation, staff, breakfast, private beach and balcony view of the pool!!
