Oceny i recenzje
8 / 10Doskonały·cze 2026
The room was clean but just enough for the family of 4, 3 adults & 1 child. Beds are comfy.
It was so hot when we arrived in Lucerne, but the staff is nice to give us bottled water after checking in & provided us with 2 electric fans in the room. It was so close to the restaurants & shopping area. Most especially, closed to Lucerne train station.

The staff was very hospitable and friendly. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities like fresh espresso, pool, and umbrellas for when it rained. The only negative is there is no AC for the rare occasion of a heatwave in Switzerland. Everything else was great.

Perfect location !!! We got lucky and had a portable AC unit in our room so we were very comfortable.
