Staying at 31 Queens Rd was a fantastic experience. Richard was a friendly and knowledgeable host. My breakfast tray every morning was above and beyond in terms of quality and quantity. My room was clean, cozy, comfortable; the entire property was safe and well lit. On site parking was beyond convenient. Highly recommend!!

We were greated by the kindest host who gave us many helpful tips and made us feel at home. The room was nice, clean and in walking distance/bus distance to city centre - and breakfast was very good. Highly recommend staying here.
