Over all a good stay
The location was great and we were able to see Mt Fuji when it cleared up for about 30 minutes
I would stay here again

Hotel is older but rooms are clean and big. Great views of the lake. Staff are less helpful/friendly than other hotels I’ve stayed in Japan. Hotel Restaurants are very expensive. Not much around the hotel, a few restaurants that are open inconsistently. Nice view of Fuji over the lake when skies are clear.

The staff are amazing and very friendly. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast had a large spread of options. We were upgraded on our room and it was absolutely magnificent with a balcony view of Fuji and the lake. Parking was not an issue. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is ideally located, very good service, convenient car park. Amazing view. Nice onsen. 2 restaurants which are ok as there are not much options around (for dinner at least). It was a very nice stay for the whole family (with a 3 years old).
