my first day wasn't really good due to to weak water supply in the bathroom but after having verbal complain the front desk, everything fine up to my very last day of stay.

We had a comfortable stay in Santo Tomas. The room was clean, the staff were pleasant. The room we had was on the ground floor and we could hear everything in the hallway (anyone in the hallway could probably hear our conversations in the room). Overall, we had a decent experience.
