Rooms are spacious and well maintained.

When I arrived, I found I had been alloted an upstairs unit. As the stairs were steep, and I had a knee injury, I was kindly moved to a downstairs unit. This was an upgrade, at no extra cost. I was very grateful.
Staff very pleasant, and amenities excellent.
Easy walk to pools and shops.
I would stay again.

2 minute walk to all bars/restaurants and Hamner Thermal Pooks. Room was more than adequate, quiet and very comfortable beds. The shower was nice and powerful with big soft fluffy towels yo dry on. On site parking
