The concierge was friendly and guided me to the hotel when I was lost. Then as I was early in the morning, they let me check in early. Appreciate it.

We stayed in the largest room in the hotel. Our six nights in the hotel was comfortable, only issue was there was a couple of days the weather was very cold, but the receptionist gave us their own heater that was meant for themselves. Generally clean and comfy. A 10 min walk to Yu Garden and they have a shuttle bus to some tourist attractions. Staff are friendly and helpful.
