Hotel Firefly

Our party of 9 three night stay in 2 Maxi Suite Panorama rooms was extraordinary. From our first contact with Nastasja through Expedia messaging, who was extremely responsive, arranged for pickup at the train station, early check in and a tour of the facility, absolutely made our arrival delightful. The hotel and rooms exceeded our expectations with spacious 3 bedroom suites with 3 bathrooms, a large living room, full kitchen, and beautiful views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. Top this off with the friendliest staff we encountered in Switzerland, a first class spa with steam rooms and saunas, a large pool area plus a delicious made to order breakfast brought to your room at the time you desire, made this a truly memorable vacation!! Love the property. Zermatt is so cute. They transported us to and from the train. Matterhorn views were amazing.

Everything about this hotel was perfect!

This place is fantastic! The staff literally gives you a full tour of all amenities. The hot tub/pool area was wonderful! They had a full gym and sauna areas as well. The 3 bedroom apartment we booked was so big and spacious with everything you could need. The bedding was so nice and the mattress was very comfortable. We were told to order our breakfast every night and they would deliver it every morning at the time desired. It was presented as a royal feast with table cloth and egg warmers. So beautifully done. They were in and out setting it up so quickly. The food was delicious! Probably the best service we have ever received. They ordered our taxi for us on our arrival and farewell. We will definitely return! Seriously LOVED the staff!!! Well Done !!!
