everything was excellent about the property. I didn’t like the fact that the pool was not open and it was a heat wave however it was a great experience.

Very nice and clean hotel. Very spacious room with comfortable bed.
Front desk staff are courteous and very helpful.

I stayed for five days. The room was not cleaned until I requested my hotel room to be cleaned. Each day I asked for clean towels the dirty towels piled up until the room was cleaned and trash backed up in the room. The staff had no name tags so you never knew who you were talking with. All the staff did was make empty promises and apologizes. I booked thru Expedia although I do have an honors account. I was highly disappointed with my stay.

Our hotel stay was great. The only problem was a few of the amenities that we went for were down. The pool was closed. The bar was closed. The restaurant was closed, but the shuttle service was amazing.
