Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to the lake or any restaurants in the city. Only downsides were that it was a little hard to find in the town’s narrow one-way streets, and we had to park blocks away in a city parking lot. Also it got a little noisy at night when there was a street fair going on.

Nice hotel. Right across the street from the church tower and the village mainstreet.

The location is perfect, the room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend booking half board as the food was delicious every evening!

Great location in Levico Terme, about as central as its possible to be. There's a secure car park to make life a bit easier though. Helpful staff, decent breakfast, strong wifi, plenty cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Internally, the hotel is bright, fresh and airy. What's not to like?
