Family room was spacious and lovely. Staff were really nice. Breakfast was helpful but would have been better in a cafe.

A small Hotel but was in a great location for Gare du Nord and Gare de l'est. Room was lovely. It wasn't easy getting our large case to the room due to a few sets of twisty turny stairs, but really not a great issue and i'm sure the front desk staff would assist. The staff we saw were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast selection was absolutely fine, with a mix of hot and cold food. We were also able to store our bags and cases whilst we spent the day exploring. No regrets staying here at all.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. I was originally a little hesitant because there were some negative reviews, but those reviews must have been very old because the hotel was great and everyone was very nice/helpful.
