We had a wonderful stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable in so many ways. The only issue we experienced was when I got locked out and needed a key. At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait. My family and I had to sit in the lobby for about 10 minutes until she finished her food or drink. She eventually came over, but only after we gave her a frustrated look.
It felt unusual for the front desk to be completely unattended, but aside from that incident, everything else about our stay was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Clean comfortable hotel. Modern room with modern washroom. Helpful staff and friendly. Excellent restaraunt in the hotel for dinner especially.
