I can't say enough nice things about this host. They were extremely helpful and attentive during our entire stay. They helped us book a private water taxi for our airport transfer. They checked on us during the stay and made sure we didn't need anything. They responded to all questions and messages we had. The location is great. I am very thankful we were on the 1st floor. The only issue I could see someone having is the bathroom has a small shower door. We are bigger people, my son is 6'3 and about 285lbs. The shower has a double door but its location next to the toilet and bidet limits how far the doors can open. We were fine but if you are a large person, this could be an issue. I am sure if you message the property they can address any concerns you may have. The property also made me feel safe as it had a security code and alarm for not only the building but also the apartment. We also had housekeeping come which we didn't realize was included. Would highly recommend! 10/10.

Place was 3 min walk from the Grand canal and water bus stop, so many different restaurants and shops right around this place. Lovely place with hint of history. Host was very helpful by explaining the best way how to get to the place and answered all my questions. .

Very large and spacious, tall ceilings, traditional decoration. Great location, easy access with code

The location was great, and the management was very responsive. The room was spacious and worked great for our one night in Venice as a side trip. If the management tries to sell you a "sunset boat tour" we would recommend against it. It's just a water taxi hired for the hour, and he seemed pretty unhappy about us bringing wine and snacks on the boat, even though this was sold as part of why we should do it. There wasn't even enough room for all five of us to stand in this boat, so we had some unhappy kids during this expensive "tour." Not worth it for a family, but it would probably be fine for a couple.
