10 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2025
Staff was always very helpful and friendly. Great location for walking to the spas in the main Square as well as the train station. Clean and beautifully decorated hotel. only negative was we tried to have dinner in the dining room one night and just didn’t care for the food, but there are lots of options in the neighborhood. Breakfast were OK.

Quiet hotel, located very close to the centre - so easy to walk around and/or get to the train station.

Minerva Palace is very nostalgic. We have been coming to Montecatini for several years and I enjoy my stay each time. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant on site is very good, the food is amazing.
I highly recommend staying here.

Rooms were very old fashioned, water didn’t work for 1 day, then no hot water the next day. Got a parking ticket. But the staff was super nice and helpful!
