It's really nice hotel
The staff is fantastic
The only problem was that if you're carrying a big luggage you need to use the sters because there is no lift.

Clean room, great location near train station, but across the canal in Santa Croce. The hotel manager who checked us in took lots of time to tell us all his favorite places and restaurants. Excellent experience. This was my second time staying here, and I would love to come back a third time.
