All the physical things and facilities were practical and very good, but we were MOST impressed with the friendly willingness of the management and staff to allow us to drop off our bags etc, early (because we were attending a course at Massey University). In fact, they were good enough to let us complete check-in in the mid morning - which was really very helpful indeed. Thanks wonderful Team. . . : )

This motel was a lovely place to stay in for our trip. The staff were very professional helpful, from the day we arrived. The room was clean spacious, comfortable. Would definitely book this motel in the future.
