The Elanza Hotel

Yes room was spot less and staff was very coureous. Cotinental breakfast was very good. Really enjoyed my stay.

The aircon in the room was extremely cold when we checked in and we tried to adjust the aircon temperature but failed and had to tell the hotel receptionist . We were told it was centralised aircon and we requested that the temperature to be set at a comfortable level. The breakfast and lunch buffet in the restaurant should have better varieties. It can be improved for western and indian ! Some of the food containers are empty on the food counter. Food replenish is very slow. Overall the hotel room is clean and so is the corridor of the rooms and the hotel lobby. Hotel room price was good

Excellent location, rooms, breakfast and staff

The rooms and bathroom are clean. Basic infrastructure but staff has no hospitality training. Its more of a guest house than a hotel. The staff talks back and have no respect or regard for the guets. Food is very basic. The only saving grace is the location of the hotel and hot water in teh bathroom. This is more of a business hotel stay kind of thing where you come back to the hotel and can just sleep, but not cosy or comfortable. I managed to go for my walks to cubbon park everyday which made this hotel perfect for my stay.
