We love, love, love this beautiful and charming hotel. We have stayed here several times over the past few years. The staff is amazing! The atmosphere is romantic, everything is clean, it smells terrific and it is close to shopping, cafe’s, and historic sites. You won’t regret your decision to stay here!

A lovely property and nice room. The hotel’s location is good, not too far from the tram and walkable into the town. The room itself could do with some renovation - some wallpaper is peeling off, there are stains over the wall and it could do with a good paint and clean. I would stay again but it would be better if the room was refreshed.

Easy check-in/check-out; friendly, helpful staff; big, clean room; and fast wifi. It really has everything you can ask for. A little far from the center. But, there are tram stops relatively close and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again.
