Fairfield Inn & Suites Colorado Springs N./Air Force Academy

Our room, bath, lobby grounds all clean and nice. The outdoor seating needed attention...and this was at 4pm...still remnants of breakfast. Food stuck to the sides of the table. Outdoor hottub was not working. We didn't eat breakfast there but it looked ok. Bed and pillows all comfy and clean as well as our bathroom. Convenient location and the view of the mountain from the outdoor patio and I assume some of the rooms is beautiful! AC WORKED GREAT.

Hotel staff were very nice. Rooms and lobby area were clean. Pool is tiny, and the hot tub was not working and not in any kind of clean condition which sucks and we were not notified ahead of time. Fitness room TINY. Coffee was out at 6:30AM, so not helpful when that is the first thing you come down for in the morning, but staff did quickly fix the issue. Lots of choices for breakfast.

Staff was very helpful and friendly

We arrived an hour earlier than checkin time and the receptionist was extremely kind and friendly in letting us check in. The room was clean and comfortable. We were in the area for an event at the Air Force Academy and the hotel is located very close to it! I would highly recommend this hotel to stay at. Also, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful! I especially liked the biscuits and gravy.
