Joel was friendly, cheerful and extremely helpful. He advised where to park, helped with our luggage.
We were given a beautiful room with a view of The Rhone River.

This hotel was very refreshing after a terrible stay in Marseille. The room was clean and reasonably sized and the bathroom looked newly remodeled. Madame at the desk was very friendly. We booked this because we were boarding a river cruise the next day and the hotel was right next to the quai- very convenient for moving our luggage. Arles is a delightful town and the Old Town area is right next to the hotel. There were many dining options and we enjoyed walking around and finding the Van Gogh easels. Highly recommend this hotel.
