Had a nice room on the ground floor. Have two suggestions-taller toilet & fix the tub for cosmetic purpose.

The room was good, and it was clean. Nice big fridge and microwave were great too.
However, only 2 bath towels for 2 people the entire week, Sunday to Friday?
My room was fine otherwise, but my coworkers room had leakage when it rained.
They didn’t offer to move him to another room even though the hotel was half empty.
And when the staff went in to clean up the water, they didn’t even change the bedding which had gotten dampened.
