Breakfast was hot and above average for a hotel breakfast. The front desk young lady with the beautiful fingernails was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom needs some repair work. There was a spider web on ceiling of bathroom, stains on wallpaper.
We stay at Hamptons a lot, would not stay at this one again

Room was not that clean, I feel like the room was just straightened up and did not have fresh sheets or bedspread. Thank goodness I bring my own sheets and pillow covers!!
