It was a nice hotel, very nice staff and is in a very walkable area and close to a station.

Good stay as room was quite spacious for corner room as they accommodated my request even though no guarantees. Excellent location to subway, attractions and multiple parking options. Nearby got supermarket too.
Downside was during shower, the water can suddenly turn cold and then back to normal. Water pressure was strong which was a plus.

We booked two double beds rooms with a massage chair. The rooms are relatively clean and tidy. But, I found some stains in the toilet door and dirt in closestool. The size of rooms are also relatively big. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The choice of breakfast has quite been wide range. The taste of food is delicious.
However, this hotel does not have free parking for customers. They only give the customers a little discount for the parking fee. The normal parking fee is ¥2000 for 24 hours, the customers has ¥200 discount. The parking pool is limited. I suggest the guests to patk their cars in other car parks near around the hotel, e.g. Ｄパーキング福岡市祇園町第13, エコロパーク 博多区祇園町第2.
