The staff was very helpful and their attitude from arrival to departure was impeccable!!

Great location within a 1000 feet of Central train station and a few blocks from historic city center. There was a lot of road construction in the area which might be hard for someone arriving by car, but our room was quiet and we did not hear traffic or road work. The rooms were modern and spacious. The only difficult part was finding the actual entrance. It’s not well marked and the door is locked. You have to ring a bell for entry on your arrival. Once checked in, your room key opens the door.

Aircon worked (as promised) & staff (from front desk to bar) were amazing! Pleasantly surprised by the stay.

The Pillows hotel's location was central. Close to the central train station 2 min.walk. close to the cathedral and many other siteseeing locations. All within 5 to 20 minutes of walking. The staff was great and room was clean.
