Crystal Hotel Belgrade

Very good location

Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. Excellent customer service. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, accommodating, and quick to resolve any requests. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, who were not only helpful but genuinely friendly throughout our entire stay. Excellent customer service! Loved everything about this hotel. The staff were amazing, and accommodating. We arrived from NY and were super tired, they kept apologizing because the rooms were not ready, and even offered us a drink on them. Super happy with our experience!!

My wife and I spent 5 nights there and it was very good. Clean room and very good breakfast (and coffee!) with friendly staff on the plus side, one remark for the bathroom having a couple of places where water had damaged the lower point of the wall plate. We would definitely stay there again.
