Hilton Garden Inn Bartlesville

Clean room and friendly staff. Close to the Baseball Field which is why we were there so thankful for that.

Nice and quiet place to stay.

There apparently are one or more air conditioners out at the property, and the hallways were Hella hot! I was barely able to get my bags in my room! The door was the heaviest door I've ever opened and I was unable to hold the door open and pull the luggage through at the same time!!! It was awful every time we had to open it. (Go try it yourself!! It's room 404!). A n d here is the kicker..... It a handicapped room! I pray a handicapped person is never assigned that room! Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable, And the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

We asked for time To have in order to get our bags packed and checked out the clerk on Sunday morning was a bit rude at first told us she could not do that Then when I asked just for a little extra time I got rude re mark then she said ONLY until 12
