Staff was very friendly and courteous. Rooms were adequate. Beds were comfortable if you like a firm bed. Negative was there weren’t any visible outlets in the room and it was difficult to find because GPS takes you to the backside of the hotel to the parking lot and looks like an abandoned building. You have to have them open the gate. The front side of the hotel is nice.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was really friendly and helpful when I needed to figure out how to navigate around. There are also lots of historical sights and delicious restaurants. The hotel itself is converted from a historical building, so, it's really inspiring to stay here. Thank you very much again!

Only point at issue was lack of any view from hotel room. Otherwise excellent

On-site parking was convenient and the hotel was very communicative… We loved its location in the heart of old town Kosice which turned out to be a bonus for us to add to our trip. Highly recommended hotel including the breakfast buffet which was delicious.
