The reception staff were excellent but the waiters/servers were not very proactive, leaving us wondering if we had to approach them to be served. When they did serve us they made no effort to establish a rapport with us. Other than that, the hotel met our needs very well.

A very nice hotel tucked away in the middle of Clervaux. Difficult to find the entrance to the car park underneath the property, and the short walk outside to the rooms could be a problem, but everything else about the hotel is excellent. The spa area is wonderful.
