We stayed only for one night as we were driving through to Vancouver from Alberta. We did not use the complimentary breakfast as it seemed a little sparse. A great place for breakfast is at the Amsterdam restaurant, most excellent!
If you like Greek food, eat at Dorians Greek restaurant, very nice!

Staff were all so helpful and kind when dealing with a change in my stay even though I booked with Expedia.
Breakfast is simple, no hot items (aside from toast / bagels). Items were well stocked and staff made sure to add more as hoards of athletes raided the food.
Rooms are clean and cleaning staff was hustling.
The property needs some extra TLC the room doors need a good cleaning and the stairwells need regular vacuuming.
