Staff was very friendly. Rhe food machines were not working. Patio tables and chairs were all pied up and patio was basically unstable. The place was clean

A modern clean room - with excellent staff, that were friendly and very efficient.
The hotel is within the city of Zandaam for all the amenities you could wish for, and has a great direct railway line connecting Zandaam to Amsterdam in only 12 minutes

The hotel location is outskirts of the Amsterdam but superb convenient due to its near to the Albert Heijn and Zaandam and the windmills area. You can do online check in but the downside I found bed bug on the second day which is not good.
