Staff was always willing to answer questions we had about directions and they were very friendly. Room was great! Location was great for concert at MSG! I definitely enjoyed my stay and would stay here again!

Rooms are clean, comfortable bed, great water pressure. Highly recommended!
Only thing was some noise coming from the street at really early hours, from trucks.

Check in was smooth and easy. The hotel stored our baggage until check in time so we could explore the area. Hotel and room were very clean. The AC in our room worked great. Decent sized room, especially for in the city. Shower was excellent and always had enough hot water. The bed was very comfortable.

My stay was wonderful. It was in a great area, the room was quiet and comfy, staff was quite friendly. The breakfast was surprisingly good for continental. It had dairy-alt milk, and plenty of gluten free options. Highly recommend. Quick walk to both 28th St stops
