GS Plaza Hotel

Although there was confusion regarding my bookings, the staff were very kind in resolving the situation

Room was okay, staff were courteous and listening. However, management had to do something about smoking policy on the first floor where customers are permitted to open wide their doors and fill the entire floor with smoke. It poses terrible hazard on everyone on the entire building. Also had to be chasing on a single iron which is used by everyone, for this reason I had to wear my clothes without ironing.
