Beautiful, breathtaking setting overlooking the Grand Place. Lauir was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Great communication since before arrival. Staff made sure everything was good. Great breakfast included. Best location in Brussels- walking distance to Central Station, restaurants, shopping, historic sites. Hope to return!

Right in the centre of all the action. Amazing location with access to restaurants and shops. Not far from the train station either. Very accommodating staff and daily breakfast was excellent!

Staff stayed after reception had closed to help us check-in. Reception staff throughout the day were always helpful and gave tips and suggestions. All staff spoke excellent English. Hotel is bang on Grand Place. If ever going back to Brussels, would not hesitate to stay here again.
