Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Helena by IHG

We loved the breakfast, the location and the room size! Perfect stop on our way home from glacier

Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for local dinner

We stayed for two nights. Didn’t utilize any amenities while we were there except breakfast. I liked that breakfast was served until 10am. My only complaint was that the bathroom floor was not mopped well. Water from the walk in shower was splashing on the floor by the door, when I used a towel to wipe up the water, the towel was pretty dirty, telling me that the floor hadn’t been mopped well. Other than that the room was clean, no other issues. This hotel is close to multiple restaurants and walking distance to several other stores. We’ve stayed here a few times and would stay again.

When we checked in Jim helped us at the front desk. Very kind, polite and helpful. The breakfast offered gluten free and dairy free options, i was thrilled about this! Breakfast was all arouns good. Poolr was nice, ran out of pool towls but jim grabbed them right away to wash them. Good location, rooms were clean and big
