TV was very good, but not so silent
Tap water tasted bad, recommend taking water and earphone for TV.

Super convenient. Very close to Kyoto station and many convenient stores. A few choices for breakfast (only bread and coffee). Useful free stuff is prepared by the hotel such as city map brochure, shaver and umbrellas.

Very close to the train station, shopping, and food.
The bed is too hard. Need air mattrees if you like softer bed.
