Staff open to negotiation of $. Friendly and eager to assist. AC, clean bed and a pool. What more can you ask for? WiFi spotty though.

Super spacious room. Close to the monkey forest and just a 10min stroll to the markets. Good breakfast included. The room needed some maintenance (bathroom mainly).

The owner and his staff here are amazingly helpful. The location is perfect near the middle of Ubud close to monkey forest but not in the center where the traffic and congestion is the worst. You can walk to anywhere from here though. Breakfast was also very good.
