Annio Flats

The view is spectacular here and it is good value. The staff was excellent and welcoming. Get the rooms higher up because the lower level room is in on the popular Santorini walking trail and it can be very crowded and hectic.

This is a beautiful place and definitely worth staying although pricy! It’s worth it for the view but just expected more from the room and the hot tub it wasn’t that private as the next room was barley divided we all shared the same walkway to our room whilst we are in the hot tub infrom of our door to the room they are sunbathing in front of there room and barely segregated by a partial wall but you can see through it and hear people so you feel you have to be quiet! Not many great food places and very difficult to find the place the instructions were not clear and hard while carrying luggage!

We loved our stay in Annio flats!! Georgia was an excellent host! This hotel made our trip memorable, we had a tub on the outside with the most amazing view of the Caldera! It was a dream being able to spend your day with that view Imerovigli is not as touristy as Fira and Oia, so it’s very quiet during the day! And you don’t have to leave your room to see the beautiful sunset! Fira is a 30 min walk! And you can do the hike to oia that takes like 2-3 hrs! I highly recommend you stay here in Santorini

The view was incredible, the staff was amazing. They were very helpful and provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine. The location of the unit is conveniently located near restaurants, gelato and convenience store. 10/10 would recommend to anyone travelling to Santorini
