Good price, fast service for an 1 night option. Close to the main road, but quiet. I had some food prepared fresh outside the building in that dead end short alley ;)
I asked an online question about the building orientation ( where is North / sunrise ) that wasn't answered before arrival... hm. Being on the top floor, if you are active, going up & down several times a day might be off-putting. If you check-out and leave your luggage in for later, when you come back you might need to wait if nobody answers
