We had an early day planned and they were not very accommodating to serve breakfast early.

Domenico the owner is a gracious and wonderful host. The place was just renovated and the rooms and bathroom are brand new, modern, functional and Italian designed. Domenico even gave my wife a farewell gift souvenir to add to his personal touch.
Hotel is on a beautiful neighborhood. The bus stop infront of the hotel less than 5 minutes from everything, including the Stadium of Florentina.
The hotel is on a third floor and no elevator but this is a small price to pay for this wonderful place.
I am already looking forward to me next stay at the hotel Emma. Don’t miss the eateries upstairs in the market place in Florence. What a coulinary experience!!! I can’t believe Rick Steves and Bourdain missed it. Thanks Domenico!

Very nice and helpful staff, they took care of our bags since we arrived early and put them in our room while we were enjoying town. The breakfast was fresh and a lot to choose between. A small and very nice hotel we would come back to if we go to Florence again. Easy access to station bus 17 outside hotel.
