Excellent customer service, excellent food, excellent location. Alessandra at the front desk is the best together with staff at the restaurants and all crew in the hotel. We would like to return soon.

The scenery was amazing and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious! It was great to get away from the crowd and enjoy a relaxing vacation. I wasn’t expecting the additional cost for the taxi boat each way to get to Ischia Ponte to be able to walk around, shop and dine.

Alessandra was extremely helpful with every question I had. She helped me to get transportation as well. Service with a smile!
