Property was in between 2 train stations. It is in a quiet neighborhood and away from the busy areas. It was quite a bit of a trek in hot and humid weather. In nice weather, the walk probably wouldn’t have bothered me as much.
The facilities are a bit dated but clean. Staff is very nice.

We got lost leaving Ueno stations many exits late at night and figuring out which of the many overpasses to use - used several of each.....didnt get to the hotel until about midnight but were thankfully being waited for by a very patient hotel staff man - thank you so much! Our only problem was not figuring out that the air con/heater could be adjusted by us (we thought it was fixed.....at 5 degrees! - very funny when you think about it, and probably reflected the huge travel day, flight delays, and getting lost in nigh time Tokyo full of the first snow for 10 yrs....).
