It served our purposes for a quick trip at a reasonable price - it was clean and comfortable. We would have liked knives for buttering toast etc was great to have microwave toaster in the room
Cleaning staff were polite

Loved being upgraded to the spa bath room thank you. Just a side note for those rooms would be supplying bubble bath

We had a night stay here and it was really clean but the carpet was bubbled up and this was a trip hazard and also the kitchen area and the carpet a joined was a really big trip hazard my cousin trip 3 times and my mum so we had to put the bin and some cushions on the area
And also in the main room and near the foot of the door
So I do believe this needs to be addressed
Thanx
