This hotel located right next to the Kaiyukan aquarium. And you can catch the boat to Universal Studios Japan. Great location

Though the room itself had some older features, it was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful, they allowed us to store luggage and we were close to the main Tempozan area- Aquarium, The Wheel, Lego Land, Tempozan market place and access to the airport limousine bus.

Easy to locate and within walking distance from the train station. Very close to the Aquarium and the Wheel. Many convenience stores and eateries around the hotel. Wonderful harbour view too.

Everything in the room was amazing except for the dirty carpet. It wasn’t very nice and if it weren’t for that I’d have given cleanliness a five-star rating. Please replace the carpets in the hotel rooms on the 14th floor.
The staff were great and check-in was super quick. The area is really quiet and very convenient for Universal.
