Staff all very nice and very helpful.
Very clean room. Ideal for us as we're not pool people. Near port and near bus station.

Very pleased with the property and its close proximity to the port of pollensa.

enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel and exceptional warm and helpful staff. One major improvement could be a topper and linens to ensure the two pushed together single beds stay as one double/queen size bed. It was rather uncomfortable with a gap in the bed. Balcony was a big bonus at this hotel. Location perfect.
