Great staff service. Probably the best part of the hotel! English friendly too. I could only select a smoking room, unfortunately. Clean and simple, although it was very obvious that it was a smoking room. For a central spot, close to all the shopping and tourist attractions in Nagoya, this is a good place to stay.

Very good. Nice for providing both eastern and Japanese breakfast, happy hour drinks and snacks at night. Location is closed to subway and JR stations. Friendly and nice staff, always willing to help.

Very easy to access by airport bus. Not far from subway. Staffs are so very nice.
Have a basic breakfast for free and also have free drink every night.
I will stay this hotel again if I visit Nagoya next time.
