We loved how close it is to the Prudential Center. Just a very short walk. The place was clean, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Was disappointed that there was not a restaurant on site even though the description said it did. I don’t consider a Starbucks as a restaurant. Otherwise it was great, there are nice places to eat close by recommended by the hotel.

Hotel was nice and clean, smelled good and staff was pleasant. The only complaint I have is the Bisro was always closed.
