I was nearly late checking in for food but the staff pointed out that there was only 15 mins left so I should get my skates on.
Only 1 person on front of house duties but she was excellent running the bar and delivering food.
Very polite and chatty. well worth the tip I gave her (sorry didn't get her name)

We arrived 30 mins early & our room was ready. Large, clean and comfortable with a bay window overlooking lovely views. Without exception staff were friendly, helpful & polite. Food was really good - can recommend the steak pie! Good breakfast set us up for the day. We would definitely stay here again
