The management and staff were really helpful with requests such as change of date and late checkin. The rooms are sound proof and cozy. Corridor and the foyer neat and clean all times. The location is the clincher. Walkable distance to most spots in Fort Kochi. Bus stand, Rickshaw stand and ferry nearby make commute easy. For private vehicles fuel pump is also closeby.

3 star budget hotel. Friendly staff, clean spacious room. Walking distance to the beach and major attractions.
The hotel does not have a Bar - No liquor service. Rooftop Restsurant serves basic breakfast - no lunch or dinner served. Clean washroons, but small shower area with a curtain. Hotel has 4 floors including the rooftop breakfast serving area. No elevators. There is a mosque next to the hotel and prayers are broadcast on loud speakers at 5 am in the morning., and again in the afternoons and evenings - this was a disturbance.
