Royal Crown Hotel & Spa

Had a really great stay at Royal Crown Hotel & Spa. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the staff were all so nice and welcoming. It made my time in Siem Reap wonderful. Plus, everything is so close to the hotel, which made getting around super convenient. Highly recommend!

Excellent location close to Pub Street and restaurants, great breakfast with good options and a nice egg station,the staff are excellent when I checked out early this morning the receptionist offered to make me some breakfast to take on the ride to the airport!!!

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was decent with a moderate variety of choices. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is at a good location. The building is kept/mantained but you notice the age. The hotel has many staf members, and everyone does their job. But what makes this hotel great is the service you get in the lobby. The frontdesk and the 2 bell boys and sometime bell girls. They are all wonderfull. So friendly, caring, helpfull and profesional. Their way of giving service to the guests is why i gave a high score. They stand out. Don't misunderstand me, the other staf are friendly just like you would expect from any hotel. But the lobby personal, they are another leven. They left an impresation. From the young ones to the older woman managing the frontdesk personel.
