This hotel amenities were excellent, their breakfast floor was amazing, and excellent service all around. We also appreciated the lobby with daily water and snacks. They showcased a beautiful rose stone display in the lobby, adding to the nice ambiance. Rooms were spacious and clean. The only complaint was that the desk chair was a bit uncomfortable for me, but my husband liked it. Great hotel, walking distance to the department store; a bit further to the stone and night markets, but reasonable. Staff was great--stored our luggage and called taxis for us.

Great place. Staff was exceptional!

A little far from the town center

Old hotel. Air conditioning unit in my room stop working for consecutive two days during the middle of night. It greatly impacted my sleep in hot summer days. Problem was reported and fixed in first day but it was apparently not a permanent fix. In addition to unbearable temperatures, the smell of the room aggravated the situation.
